I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Kuala Lumpur) in Mar 2023
Interview
The whole process took 3~4 months. The recruiting team is never transparent, they always take very long to reply, seems to be very busy but still manage to take week-long breaks during the time I had to follow up with them. They also don't communicate among themselves, because when one is on break the other has to cover, but they kept asking me for the same stuff over and over. It took them at least 1-2 months to view my application and call me for an interview. But when they scheduled the interview, they rushed it through and only proposed ONE time slot (no options given) in the email, which was a time slot on the SAME day itself, and the interview time is less than 12 hours later. This is absolutely ridiculous. The whole application - interview - offer process is a pain. They don't treat you or your skillsets, experience like an asset, none of your requests will be heard. They promised one thing at first but delivered another thing at the end; never kept their word.

Question 1
Questions related to the technical side of things and also why you left your last job - I don't know why they are so keen to know why I left my last job - if they are that concerned, they should do better to attract and retain instead - right from the recruitment process and onboarding process.
