Accenture Analyst interview questions

i attended an innovation challenge by accenture and got direct offer to the talent advancement programme. It was offered to most universities and we had to form teams of 5 from the people from our own school. There were 90++ teams at the start but only 12 teams qualified and were able to compete further. Though my team did not win but i got an offer

The questions asked where standard/expected: career experience, your interest in Accenture, how do you overcome a challenging scenario, what are your strengths and weaknesses Interview process was over the phone. First with the recruiter then one of the hiring managers.
