I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Newcastle, England) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview is normally composed of several stages, including an informal chat, assessment centre and 1 to 1 interview.
The assessment centre was roughly 3-4 hours over an afternoon. Usually there are a group of people and there is a group task. There was only one other person in my assessment centre, so the group task was scaled back and more like a conversation between myself, the other participant and the interviewer.
The second part of the assessment centre was a VR challenge, which was fun and mostly consisted of problem solving exercises. They're trying to get a feel for how you problem solve and apply your knowledge so speak through your thought process aloud to the interviewer.
The 3rd stage was the 1 to 1 interview. They will give you an assignment for a presentation a few days before the assessment centre. This is just to see how well you can come up with ideas and present them. This is mostly to assess business skills and how well you handle client interaction.
