Accenture Application Development Senior Analyst interview questions

Interview itself was quite easy if you are well versed in core java, spring boot and design patterns. Coming to the scenario after interview, the HR called with the offer and was so rude as if they were giving money from their own pocket and doing a favour by giving offer. After they announced the offer, they simply cut the call with no further discussion and has not picked up since then. Hope Accenture higher management looks into it and trains their employees on how to treat a fellow human.

Had only 2 simple round. One technical interview for like 30 min and then hr round. Whole process got over in 10 days. Only drawback was they are providing 21% variable pay. Out of which less than 50% is actually paid. But some other colleges is different project they got 80%
