Started with online assessments, then progressed to a video interview which consisted of around five questions and then a small case study at the end. The assessment centre consisted of a group exercise for around 30 minutes which was followed by a one on one interview for around the same length of time.

Question 1
What do you think the main responsibilities will be for you when you start as a consulting analyst?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Washington, DC) in Apr 2018
Interview
Initial phone interview with HR - the interviewer stopped interviewing when I confessed I am not a citizen. So that was it and it was an awful experience. I think they should have screened it already for citizenship status before having a phone interview.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
It was fairly straightforward. I first spoke with a recruiter about the roles. Then I had a phone screening that was just going over my resume and we spoke about the company as a whole. Then an in-person case study which was fairly basic. They presented a case and I had some time to read it, take some notes, ask some questions, and present my findings. After the case study, the interviewer and I had more of a conversation as to why I wanted to work there and the role itself. From there I had a phone interview where I was asked more in-depth questions about my experiences and knowledge of certain technologies. Throughout the whole process I was able to ask a ton of questions and really get some answers about the company and the culture itself. All of the people I spoke with were very professional and also very helpful as well as supportive. They really did seem like they wanted to know me over just trying to disqualify me.
