I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Accenture (Reston, VA) in Nov 2011
Interview
A three step interview process after being reached out to via email. Applied through the career page.
First interview was to hear about my background and general personality (from what I could tell). Basic questions about my resume and previous experience. Was done by a recruiter over the phone and lasted 30 minutes max.
Second interview was the meat of the interview process. Asked about specific experiences, such as project management, dealing with troublesome coworkers, an example of a problem I encountered and what I did to overcome. Overall, the interviewer probed deeper than any other interviewer I had talked to. Made me recall past experiences and go into detail that I had never gone before. Note: be honest with your experiences, if they ask you about something you did in a situation you haven't done before, let them know you don't have an experience with that, but then give an example of something similar that highlights your abilities. Not sure the position of the interviewer, was conducted over the phone and lasted about 1.5 hours.
Third interview was an office visit. Consisted of a presentation led by 2 analysts and 2 consultants followed by one on one interviews with 2 different Senior Executives (one after the other). Was similar in style to second interview, but with many more chances to ask questions and connect with your interviewer. Presentation + Lunch + 2 interviews lasted about 4 hours.
First contact on 12/5/11, first phone interview 12/6/11, second phone interview 12/8/11, office visit 12/15/11, and offer on 12/16/11.

Question 1
Not a specific question, but the depth and detail that each question probed.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
All in all, Accenture was actually the easiest interviewing process I had applying for jobs out of Undergraduate school.
The key is demonstrated success via your resume and / or Education in addition to a friendly, personable demeanor that should show during the interviewing process. Be yourself, ask good questions, and let your abilities speak for themselves. They are looking for smart people who can learn new things quickly and who will also present themselves well in front of clients.
Accenture normally hires on campus, however, since they didn't come to MY campus I ended up applying online.
I was contacted within a couple days to setup my first interview with my recruiter. It was 30 minutes on the phone to go over the details of my resume. I found the recruiter extremely easy to talk to (she had been a former consultant who switched to HR) and felt that the conversation with fun and relaxed.
The second interview was again on the phone for 1 hour with HR. This interview was actually a bit odd - for example, the woman put me on hold for 5 minutes to answer her front door when a packaged was delivered. However, I got the call later that day that I was confirmed for a third interview.
Finally, the third interview occurred in my location of choice (Chicago). Accenture footed the bill to fly me there. Me and the other interviewees spent about a half day there consisting of two 30 minute interviews with Senior Executives interspersed with presentations by analysts and consultants who already worked for the company.
I received an offer within a few days of the final interview and had 2 weeks to consider (I accepted).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The second interview was "behavioral" and was done by a woman in HR who didn't have much background in consulting. However, since she asked typical behavioral interview type questions there were no big surprises there.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
Was hired through a university feeder program. Met with the hiring rep at a job fair and turned in my resume. Rep came back on campus to administer a logic test a few weeks later. Had several phone discussions with the rep following the test, but never had a formal interview with any consultants or partners.
