I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai) in Aug 2013
Interview
It was a three step process
1. An aptitude test to evaluate verbal, quantitative and logical skills
2. A technical round to evaluate technology skills
3. A HR round for general questions
The overall process was smooth and finished in 2 days
On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.
The interview experience was very smooth and positive. The interviewer was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. The coding questions were interesting and enjoyable to solve, and the overall process was well-structured. It was a great interview experience, and I really appreciate the opportunity.
