I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (New York, NY) in Mar 2022
Interview
Pre-interview process:
-I received an email from a recruiter to fill out a HireVue digital survey. This was just a prescreen (are you willing to move, what was your GPA, are you vaccinated etc.)
-The next day, the recruiter emailed me to schedule a 15 minute call to walk me through the interview process. We scheduled my behavioral interview on the call. She also informed me about an optional prep session, which I attended.
Round 1: behavioral interview (happens on Tuesday)
This was a pretty straight forward interview. It lasted between 45 mins and an hour. Questions were: tell me about a time when...
I heard from the recruiter the next day that I was moving onto the next round.
Round 2: assessor interview (happens on Friday).
There are four parts to this interview:
1. Tech Showcase: you have to prepare a 10-minute presentation on how the government can use technology to address a problem. It's very broad, I recommend focusing it on a specific federal agency or local government.
2. Strength based questions. These are questions about how you communicate and work.
3. 2 client scenarios. These are NOT case studies. They present a situation for example, something went wrong on the project and the client wants to call you now, how do you manage the call? It will be more specific, but nothing complex.
4. Closing. The interviewer may sell you more on Accenture and you can ask any questions you have.
That day I received an email to fill out a prescreen for clearance. A week later I got an email that their demand changed and they can't offer me a position.

Question 1
Round 1: Tell me a time when...
Round 2:
-Tech showcase: why did you choose to talk about this? Why would this be beneficial... etc.
-Strength based: are you a structured worker or do you like to adapt as you?
-client scenario: example given above
R1 - 2 case interviews (regular behavioral + case) - pretty normal run of the mill stuff
R2 - 1 case interview (just a case) + 1 MD interview (just chatting)
My experience involved 3 steps: 1) phone interview, 2) assessment centre, 3) final 1:1 interview.
During the assessment centre stage you are broken up into smaller groups to work on a business case. Overall took about 2 hours. The final interview is with a senior manager and also determines which area of Accenture you would best fit into.
