I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Sep 2015
Interview
First round was online aptitude test by MeritTrac, it consisted of Verbal, Logical Reasoning, and Attention to Detail, Questions were average. Speed is important.. Next was the group interview.. where generai questions are asked... they check your confidence level and the way u interact in a group and of course the communication skill..
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
