I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Accenture in Oct 2024
Interview
It was the part of the on Campus placement but the interview was conducted virtually. Interview lasted for 10-15 mins. Interviewer was very humble and patient. He first introduced himself and then asked me to introduce myself. After that he told me that this is not going be a technical interview and he won't ask me anything technical. At the end he asked if I have any questions for him. He answered my question in great detail and then again asked me if I have any other question to which I said no and the interview ended.
*There was NO project related question*
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
