Interview
The interview process for an Associate Software Engineer (ASE) role at Accenture typically consists of four main rounds:
Aptitude Test: A 90-minute online assessment covering cognitive abilities, technical skills, and English proficiency with 90 multiple-choice questions
Coding Round: Candidates solve two coding problems within 45 minutes, focusing on data structures and algorithms
Communication Assessment: This evaluates verbal skills through various tasks like reading and listening exercises, lasting about 30 minutes
Final Interview: A mix of technical and HR questions, lasting around 25-30 minutes, where candidates discuss their projects and experiences
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
