Ho sostenuto un colloquio con Accenture e l’esperienza è stata positiva: sede moderna, atmosfera professionale e informale.
I tecnici mi hanno posto domande mirate su progettazione software e problem solving, senza mettermi a disagio.
L’HR ha indagato su soft skill e capacità di lavorare in team.
Ho apprezzato la trasparenza sulle prospettive di crescita e sulle condizioni contrattuali.
In generale, un processo selettivo ben strutturato e serio.

Overloading e overriding, estensione classi, offuscamento
On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.

Interview
The first interview was with HR, and the second was technical in nature. Questions covered architecture, testing, and databases. The selection process was well-organized and efficient. It was a positive experience that left a good impression of both the staff and the company.

Standard interview with 1 round of aptitude and another round of behavioural.
It consisted questions on problem solving and basic numbers.
The interview was conducted in one day and result was declared the same day, Although joining was late.
