I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Accenture in Nov 2024
Interview
My on-campus Accenture interview for the role of Associate Software Engineer (ASE) was scheduled for 7th November 2024 at 1:20 PM.
The interviewer arrived 10 minutes late and began by asking if I was feeling nervous. They then introduced the company and shared some details about it.
During the interview, they asked me the following questions:
1. Introduce yourself.
2. Tell me about a project you have worked on.
3. What are some upcoming technologies you are interested in?
4. Why do you want to join Accenture?
These were the primary questions they asked me.
Interview questions [4]
Question 1
Introduce yourself. Tell me about a project you have worked on.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
