Accenture Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

It took 4-5 days for whole process and interviewer was very polite and decent. there were three rounds. First was online test round that was included programming questions mostly webdynpro related. Second round was telephonic as interviewer was not in office. It was average level. Last round was HR on the same day. After 3 days HR asked me to upload documents and then they released offer letter next day.

It was really disappointing to see that they don't have any defined process. I used to get call from a different HR every single team for any communication. Once I cleared online assessment and technical round, they scheduled a Managerial round. But one day they asked me to give online assessment and technical interview again, which I did and got a mail that I cleared again. Still they asked me to give online assessment, to which I agreed. On the day it scheduled, just 10 mins before I was going to start test, they asked me to not give that test, since I had already cleared it before. Now they scheduled a Managerial (final round) interview. But when that interview started, it turned out to be a Technical one again. I was a bit confused during interview and so it took me little time to understand that he is actually taking a Technical Interview. After interview, when I asked, he told me that he was asked to take a Technical Interview, The interview was not too good and I got rejection mail. After wasting so much time in 15 days long process, after having to adjust my meetings and all adjusted every time they asked, I got really disappointed but also felt thankful that I was saved from joining a company which does not have any defined process, where recruiters do not have any idea what they are doing. I have many friends in Accenture, they also share same negative reviews. Worst of it all was that, even before they scheduled the first round, they asked me to submit every document from aadhar, passport to my last 3 salary slips and all increment, promotion, offer letters. They still have that, there is not option to delete them from their portal.
