I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Varsovia, Mazovia) in Mar 2021
Interview
The selection process has 3 stages. First is a classic HR screening via phone (15-20 mins). They verify your motivation and previous experience, ask about your salary expectations and ask about your knowledge about social media, which social media you are using, what are current events in your country, and how you deal with inappropriate content on social media.
The second stage is approx. 30-minute English test on a platform called Rosetta Stone. Pretty easy.
The last and most demanding stage is a 1.5hour interview via Microsoft Teams with the recruiter and your potential future teamleader. Typical behavioral questions (how would your colleagues describe you, how do you deal with stress, how do you accept feedback etc.) + more question on your social media usage and inappropriate content + if you are supposed to work with a specific language and market, there is about 10-minute part where a person who speaks your language verifies your language abilities+asks some questions about your market.
The process started a bit chaotically, as I first had a phone interview with a recruiter and never heard back from her. Obviously, there was some change in the management of this project, as after more than a month, I got another invitation for the phone interview from a different recruiter, and I had to do it all over again. After this misunderstanding, everything went pretty smoothly.
One thing that is pretty common but I don't like it - throughout the entire recruitment process, they don't tell you for which client (which social media) you are supposed to work. So even at the moment of accepting the job, you still have no idea. This is difficult for me as I need to know whether the actual job will be in line with my interests and personal values!
On the other hand, they are very responsive to emails and keep in touch a lot, which I appreciate.

the first step: A telephone call, standard interview, questions like why do you want to move from your country, introduce yourself, interests, expectations, values, expectations from the company.
