I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Miami, FL)
Interview
Multiple interviews, hiring manager colleauges. Good conversations with smart people, a bit disjointed and time consuming. I ended the process with them before getting to an offer decision because they were taking too long to move to end of process due to budgeting/operational issues on their end.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Accenture (Manila, ) in Apr 2023
Interview
I applied once to this company in PH and interviewed for one job, the interviewer who called me didn’t know what he was talking about regarding the position I was applying for, he couldn’t even give me a clear idea about the role, he just said that he was going to send me an exam. I get the exam link in an email and the exam was for a role that I didn’t apply for at all. Later I get a rejection email, the cut and paste ones. Next I get a text message from this company saying they would like to revisit my application, for what I don’t know. Being open minded I clicked yes I was still interested, only to never hear back. Fast forward a few weeks I am contacted by an outside recruiter asking me to complete a questionnaire, then answer some questions online mostly about confidentiality, then today Accenture sends me a link to complete an application online. Complete the application and 3 hours later rejection email. Why are these people wasting peoples time. I have read the job description and I could do that job with 1 hand tied behind my back. It’s a lot of wasted time and a few times they have contacted me. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this company in the Philippines, especially with the hassles of multiple people handling the recruiting and the ones that call you don’t know about the specific role themselves other than someone told them to fill it. IMO as a executive professional in other organization, I wouldn’t choose to do business with Accenture and I have crossed paths with this organization working with other organizations, I can say as sure as the sun sets, I would not recommend them in the Philippines. I feel like it’s a mess with the recruiting which is a representation of how they do business as a whole IMO.
