Accenture Manager interview questions

Before the interview, there was a "surprise" written skills test, which was a set of open-ended questions testing knowledge of the skillset required. The interview itself was pretty ok, questions asked include what did I know about Accenture, why I wanted to join Accenture etc.

HR, Technical (Skill-Based), Leadership: Starts with a phone screen with HR followed by a telephonic and virtual interview . Overall it was a good exercise. HR Recruiter was very responsive and prompt in keeping me posted on the progress.
