4 rounds of interviews on various business skills. Interviews were conducted by peer group, senior manager, and the practice partner. They were looking for reasons to hire rather than reasons to reject. Werent stress interviews at all. Overall it was a great interview process.

Der Kontakt zu Accenture wurde über einen Bekannten hergestellt. Etwas anders als sonst üblich habe ich daher im Erstgespräch mit einem Partner gesprochen. Darauf folgten ein telefonisches Interview mit Fragen zu meiner Berufserfahrung (IT- und Methodenwissen). Abschließend habe ich eine Einladung zum persönlichen Gespräch mit einem Senior Manager erhalten. Das Gespräch erfolgte in einem Hotel am späteren Projektstandort. Inhalt des Gesprächs war wiederum mein Lebenslauf, sowie Branchen-/ Projekterfahrung.

Multiple phone interview ( 4 or 5) and one face to face in Chicago. The interview was just the formality, once Accenture needs a role to be filled on a project, they bring any warm body to get the position filled. They just want to make you billable as quick as possible. The phone interviews were almost identical, tell me about yourself, tell me about your experience, do you have any questions. They could have recorded one interview and played it for the rest of the people involve in the interview process.
