Interview went smoothly, interviewee mainly focused on project not much technical questions asked, some example questions are like how will you slove conflicts, qualities required for a team leader etc.

first round was an aptitude round after If u cleared it you cleared it you will be directed to the coding assessment then you will be asked to attend a communication assessment after 2-3 days finally within a week you will get the interview mail
