Accenture Software Application Developer interview questions

First there was an online test. Interview was Good, they asked questions related to my Profile . In the end comes the HR round, after conducting everything they told me they don't have an open position related to my profile if I'm ready to accept a lower position with less pay we can go ahead. I declined and they put my profile on hold.

The interview was on zoom. They contacted via call then send email and asked for PAN ID and other details. Then they had sent the interview link one day before the interview.
