I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Accenture (Chapel Hill, NC) in Mar 2015
Interview
There was an on campus interview, which consisted of two 45-minite case interviews. Both were intense, and one in particular involved healthcare, an industry I am unfamiliar with. One interviewer was really nice and offered guidance, explaining a lot about what he does with Accenture, but the other one was gruff and intimidating.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2015
Interview
Tests, then recording a video answers to some stock interview questions. Then assessment centre: Individual timed business case assignment testing math and business acumen, group assignment to solve a business problem with 3 employees judging your teamwork and performance, and finally 1-1 interview with HR where you talk a bit about the business problem and how you fared, plus stock personality and good fit questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Lisboa, Lisboa) in May 2012
Interview
Internal referral, got the interview in one week. Accenture is well known by valuing their referral system. Then an Interview with an HR manager followed by psychotechnical tests ( Skills/Personallity) and it's pretty much that.
