Question 1
Tell me about a time when you disagreed with your team’s recommendation, what did you do?
Wow. The hiring manager obviously did not schooled on what not to do during an interview. 3 different times he mentioned my age and told me that they usually hire people fresh out of college for the particular role I was interviewing for. I had already made it past 2 screenings. If they were looking for people under 30, they should have cut me before being tortured with this guy. Totally unprofessional. TOTALLY ILLEGAL.
