The interview process was thorough but well-structured. It started with a phone screening, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager. After that, I completed a skills assessment, and then there was a panel interview with team members. Finally, I met with HR to discuss company culture and next steps.

There are one assessment, one asynchronous video interview, and two technical interviews with recruiters. The process takes very long time of 3 months until receiving an offer and finally boarding. Might be different for other positions

My experience with the recruiter was somewhat unpleasant. I felt that the recruiter was not focused when he was asking his questions. He didn't have eye contact, and he was looking up all the time. This made me feel that he was not interested in the interview. The questions were very basic, and I felt that I provided enough value in my answers for me to proceed on the next step of the application process. I'm not sure how the recruiter assessed me based on his questions because, again, the questions were very basic which made me think that the "Meet your Recruiter" was just for formality. In my head, I thought that technical questions will be asked in the Interview 1 step. However, it's the other side of the story. I didn't pass the recruiter's assessment, and I didn't receive any specifics regarding his judgement.
I was hoping that Agoda has full of competent people in the Talent Aquisition Team being a large tech company.
