Interview
First step of hiring process is online assessment. You will be asked to pretend as a Customer Service and replying emails with various cases. There were 4-5 emails. After this assessment you will get a new email for scheduling the interview with HR. Next process is interview with HR to screening your personal background and previous jobs. After this interview, if you pass, you will be asked directly to decide the next schedule for interview with TL. I interviewed with TL in Bangkok. This interview took around 60 minutes, they asked many problem solving questions and the last one is role playing as a Customer Service handling the customers via phone call.
