I was interviewed by engineering manager along side another iOS developer using codesignal.
Started with self and company introduction by the engineering manager and jump into coding questions after that.
Basically you need to answer two coding questions within 1 hour. In the meantime the interviewer with try to guide you on understanding the questions

Interview
Applied for this position, and got asked to do the SHL numerical reasoning test. Got ghosted for 1.5 months. After which, suddenly got an email asking for a 15 minute interview with HR. On the day of the interview, HR tells you 3h before what the interview is about, and sends a JD of a position I did not apply for. I decide to still try.
During the 15 minute interview screening, questions are asked about your previous role. To be honest, HR is not interested in understanding what you used to do, and is just looking out for certain keywords to filter their candidates.

Interview
The candidate experience was really poor. There was no discussion, no salary range advertised or shared, no feedback provided and my experience was not discussed at all. There was no human interaction whatsoever and communication was sent from a 'no reply' email address. Was ambushed by an unnecessary and timed online math test and then rejected.

Question 1
A series of difficult math and pattern questions which bear no relation to the real world or working life. An extremely poor and shameful way to screen senior candidates. You should be embarrassed to do this to senior people.
