Interview
I got an email from the Agoda team on the 29th of March to set a schedule, I have selected the first option which was the 11th of April . After that received an email to change the interview schedule it happened 2 times and on the final day ( 15th April) of the interview, she didn't even appear on the call, and no further communication I have received so far. I have replied in the same email thread but no productive response I have received yet. At least small communication should have done, that I was expecting from a renowned company like Agoda.

Interview
Consisted of 2 coding interviews, 1 architecture interview, and one general engineering/process chat.
First interview was a leetcode style, 2 questions, one was the longest palindrome in a string question.
Second interview was a React coding interview. Given an existing codebase, make some changes to fulfill the requirements and pass the unit tests.
Third interview was an architecture interview, describing how to build a queuing system to let users into a website only if it wasn't full. This was fullstack from databases to frontend.
Final interview was with the Director of Engineering, discussing general topics such as testing, CI/CD, code quality and metrics.

Interview
Applied online, received an answer from HR after 3 days. They sent me a link to do the SHL numerical reasoning test. It was a 30min test with lots of questions. You basically have less than 1 minute per question. I think the test has nothing to do with the role requirements.
