Agoda interview questions

All was good except the last interview with the ‘hiring manager’. It wasn’t a hiring manager, it was another agent who is helping with the hiring process. Never attended an interview that is conducted by a same level position for a job. Management should work on this. Attended another session with another reputable company and it was way different approach hence accepted that and declined this. I have 3 years experience but the so called ‘hiring manager’ said I need more to be eligible in this job when the job requirement mentioned minimum 2 years. Ridiculous and wasted my time.

Didn't receive the feedback from the interview after waiting for 2 weeks. Only received one automatic letter. The interview went smooth, two interviewers are pretty friendly. However, it would be quite nice to learn what I should improve for next interview.
