Agoda interview questions

HR Screening, 45 min video interview with Area Manager followed by another 45 min video interview with Director and an online assessment. Agoda has this robotic approach to people and the interview process where they have to ask you a set of ''tell me a time when'' sort of questions without showing any single effort to getting to know you. I was asked some irrelevant questions by the Director which did not make any sense.

1st - recruiter, 2nd - line manager, 3rd - team lead in other area, 4th - director, 5th - VP Included role play and CAR interview. All of them were conducted online and in English.
