Agoda interview questions

They try to do everything through a robot and it's a horrible experience. Takes weeks between the interviews, nobody to contact to ask questions, no email about whether you made it to the next round or not. So far the worst hiring process experience in my career. Interviews were fine, but everything around it was just a nightmare showing how very little Agoda cares about candidates. They want to automate everything, but at the expense of candidates' experience. My recommendation to you: don't waste your time with Agoda to save yourself disappointment.

Process took around 3 weeks 1st round is an assessment test Then a conversation with recruiter who will explain the process, role, pay etc 2nd round is 1 hour interview with a senior member. ( it was supposed to be technical but no technical questions were asked. Silly math questions of complex division, multiplication were asked and to be answered without any calculators. I did not understand the point of this) 3rd round is a 1hr case study presentation to 3 senior members. This is a good experience. Received a rejection email after a week.
