Such a wasting time as they email me to asked whether can I start the job earlier than I expected as I already wrote it on my CV then I have to adjusted my schedule and once I took the online test then they said they can find better candidates. I’ve no idea about interview process but should it be taking the exam to see whether the candidate qualify first then asked about the time that candidate can start.

Agoda's recruiter was very friendly and helpful, and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable from the first moment we started, always explaining next steps, processes, etc. Even if the process and the arrangement of next round interviews took sometimes longer than expected, he kept in touch regularly, making me feel they are really interested and appreciate my effort and time spent so far in the application, and that it is not forgotten, things simply take longer than expected.
The 1:1 interview was very similar, it had a very chilled atmosphere and concentrated on my personality as well as my skills and experience.
Overall I had a positive experience, and had an absolutely good impression of the company from the very beginning.

HR is sitting in New York and is very professional and gives a sense of care to the candidate. Is very much involved.
Face 2 Face Interview was odd. Questions asked showed pretty clear they haven’t read the CV correctly and messed up responsibilities and tasks between the different jobs.
