Overall, the interview process is very long and slow. What frustrates me the most is the first screening test which took way longer than the suggested 2 hours. On the plus side, the actual interview itself was a great balance of fit and case interview to showcase your critical thinking.
A rather rigorous interview process, with the preceding online assessment and recorded video interview before the person-to-person online interview.
Seems to have a fast-paced and busy working style, interviews have been rescheduled twice on the interview day. But overall, the talking with interviewers were open and positive. People in Agoda seems to be very nice and brilliant.

Interview
First there was a screening round, where they explained the comp and that the role is an IC role with no PMs or APMs, which is very odd. Next, they said there would be an online assessment followed by a few product rounds. They planned to do mapping to product functions later, based on interviews. The online assessment was of 25 minutes with 18 questions of Indian B School entrance level, which is very odd and ridiculous for a senior PM role. Got feedback, apparently I was at 42 percentile, and they need 80 percentile
