Agoda UXUI Designer interview questions

short call from HR first,then the VC interview. The interviewer has no patience towards candidates' introduction and explanation of the projects. He keeps interpreting while I try to do so and implied I'm talking too long(it was like a minute) and off-topic. Apparently he doesn't want to hear the project details while I'm trying to explain to him. He just said "We can end this here". He did have accessed my portfolio before the interview so I just doubting if my projects are not good enough to you, you can skip my application to this position instead of calling people to have a disrespectful interview. The interview should last for 40mins tho he was way too impatient that ended like 2x mins. If you are not available to have interview or you are in rush, shouldn't you just re-arrange the time instead of being impatient and disrespectful all the time? I thought interview procedure should be like respectful to each other, not just being bossy to the candidates.
