Interview
Das Bewerbungsverfahren beinhaltet 4 Schritte, ein online Assessment Center, ein erstes Vorstellungsgespräch in der zuständigen Geschäftsstelle, ein Assessment Center, so wie zuletzt ein Vorstellungsgespräch in der Agentur in der man zukünftig tätig sein wird. Ich habe sowohl die Kollegen aus dem Assessment Center als auf die persönlichen Vorstellungsgespräche als sehr angenehm und auf Augenhöhe empfunden. Ich kann mir nicht wirklich vor als wär ich ein Vorstellungsgespräch, da die Atmosphäre von vornherein sehr kollegial war und ich auch die Möglichkeit hatte alle meine Fragen zu äußern und Unklarheiten aus dem Weg zu räumen. Inhalt der Vorstellungsgespräche war zunächst einmal eine Beschreibung meiner eigenen Person und meines Werdegangs. Anschließend ging in die Kollegen auf meine bisherigen Erfahrungen ein und meinem beweg Grund, warum ich mich für die Allianz als Arbeitgeber entschieden habe.
It is a walk-in drive, so there will be all sorts people coming in. There are a total of 4 rounds - An assessment test followed by 3 interview rounds from HR to the top level Managers.
The first interview was with the recruiter, and it was very straightforward. We discussed my background, availability, and salary expectations in a relaxed and friendly way.
The second stage was a conversation with two managers. This was my favorite part of the process — it felt like a genuine discussion about my experience, skills, and how I could fit into the team. They also asked a few technical questions, but it was engaging rather than intimidating.
The final interview was with the HR manager for final approval. This one was a bit more challenging, as I encountered some tricky questions about my long-term plans and potential role within the company. It made me realize the importance of being prepared to discuss future goals and how they align with the company’s vision.
Overall, the process was smooth, professional, and insightful. It left me with a very positive impression of the company and its people.

There was only 1 interview, and it was okay. They asked me about myself and related things. The interviewee was friendly, and the same guy had a video interview it was life a friendly chat with them.
