Allianz Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Has soo many rounds, but friendly casual interview...There were 4 rounds, 1st one was the aptitude test which is an online test, people who clears the 1st round will bw directed to HR round where HR tests the basic communication skills and attitude if we clear that , then comes the voice and accent round and after comes the final interview with our team head.

Very hard, so many round ,we can't handle it very hard , writing skills, etc make more difficult for get job. It's was my first interview I personally hate it
