The interview took place in multiple steps. First interview was with the Junior HR. It was a very typical interview with questions like Describe ur CV, Strengths, Weaknesses experiences.
Second step was the online assessment on platform of Kornferry Hays group which was really very difficult, in short each question had 40-50 seconds and there were more than 40 choices for quantitative ability questions. Verbal assessment was easier.
Then an HR interview with the head HR of the Graduate program, which was an interesting phase, with more in depth questions. This was a competency based interview where they ask you a lot of situational questions like what you did and where and how. Mostly relating to the values of Allianz.
Last step is the assessment day in Paris which was a very organized day with highly capable talent and the curators, judges were senior leaders from Allianz. Consultants from Hays group moderate the interviews, Case studies, group discussions.
