Interview
First phone interview was quick and straight to the point ending in an arrangement to meet in a face to face interview the next day. The face to face included the manager and 1 other team member and flowed well. The interview followed a Situation Task, Action, Result model to demonstrate skills etc. and ended with me asking a multitude (4-5) of questions to further understand the role.
