Interview
Plusieurs appels avec les responsables de département et les RH pour comprendre mon parcours professionnel et mes motivations.
1 mois plus tard; une visite organisée et prépayée sur le site de Sophia (Billet d'avion, Hotel, Coupon cantine...). Entretien formel sans surprise avec RH.
1 mois plus tard; une premiere proposition de package par RH.
2 semaines plus tard; proposition finale des RH; non negociable
1 mois plus tard; une deuxieme visite de la region prépayée pour ma famille (Look and See)
avec remboursement de la plupart des frais occasiones (Hotel et Nourriture, mais pas la location du véhicule...)
1 semaine plus tard; signature du CDI.
A priori, Amadeus traite bien les candidats/futurs salariés.
Tout est fait pour vous aider dans vos démarches et processus de décision.
Les contacts RH sont gentils et disponibles.
Le process complet a tout de meme duré +/- 6 mois.

After 4 interviews, 1 case study (10h) & uncountable calls..they sent me a job offer with a value of -40% compared with my current compensation.
Obviously they had in their hand my current compensation from the very first interview.
Beside the background check was truly a nightmare:
- They ask for documents
- Days after they ask for more & more documents
- They confirmed that the background check was ok
- Then they asked again new documents...
I lost at least 20 hours in a very old school process and the company tried to bargain the compensation package. They have no respect for the people they interview.

Interview
process is pretty quick and brief, had to go through a couple of rounds of interview and meet with different level of management team. It took a couple of months from the first phone call from HR to qualify and final process to offering the appointment letter.
