For 2 years, passed all OA but still got rejected twice. Never know why didn't move on to the phone interview phase. Recruiters are not very professional. OA questions are also difficult to solve in a reasonable time. Unless you know the exact approach with best time space complexity, you will failed.
I was initially sent an email from HR followed by a brief phonecall to discuss the position. Required to complete an online assessment following this phonecall, which was several coding challenge problems.
