Super laid back, interviewers seemed dressed very casually and asked everything that they said they would asked, aka, the amazon leadership principle questions. Heard back within a week that I got the offer

Question 1
Name one time you encountered a problem with working as a team and how you resolved it
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Amazon (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview process was an hour long and conducted by two different interviewers. The first 30 mins were in French; the second 30 mins were in English. Both interviewers asked three questions each. The French interview was pretty laid back. I think it was more so to assess your French speaking and comprehension. The English interview consisted of two behavioural questions and one scenario question.

Question 1
In your first week on the job as a new manager, you observe another manager blatantly disobeying a safety protocol related to trailer loading/unloading. You observe the same manager telling his direct reports to also ignore the same safety protocol. This manager has been with the company for eight years. Tell me about a time when you realized you needed to have a deeper level of subject matter expertise to do a job well. Walk me through a problem that you helped solve. Tell me about a time you had unanticipated obstacles to overcome in achieving a key goal. Tell me about a time when you were working toward a goal and saw an opportunity to do something bigger than the initial focus. Give me an example of a tough or critical piece of feedback you received. What was the feedback? What did you do about it?
