The interview was relatively standard, just know the core principles and how they relate to a few situations you have had. There were no technical questions, mostly leadership-based. They did not ask about prior experience, it just came up during discussion.

Had two interviews over zoom. Lots of behavioral based questions. The interview was pretty straight forward. I would answer a question and the interviewers would ask me to go into more detail.

Was all behavioral type questions with one safety question. All done through zoom where I had two interviewers. Was a easy experience I recommend interviewing. Talked to two area managers and had the opportunity to learn more about the job.
