Amazon CS Team Manager interview questions

I was a campus recruit. The interview had four stages. One with the HR, the next two with Operations leaders and the final with an HR leader again. The first round was to check whether the candidate was a cultural fit. The next two rounds were to check domain knowledge and logical reasoning abilities. The final round was to check people management and decision making skills.

The interview consisted of four rounds starting with a GD, then a skills interview, an interview with a Customer Service Team Manager and then an interview with the Operations Manager
