Standard stuff - five 1:1 interviews with management level and scientist level employees with an informal lunch break with a junior employee. Questions ranged from personality-based (with a focus on leadership principles) to resume-based, with one programming interview.

5 step process. Interview through college recruitment. It wasnt that hard just need to know what youre level with python is. Other than that it was pretty streamlined.
