The interview process consisted of a five person panel including two individuals from Human Resources. It was located in downtown Seattle with very little street parking. The interview started with behavioral type questions that focused on how you respond to certain situations. The other half were focused on quantitative and analytical skills and experience. At the end, like with every interview, an open question and answer session was provided.
