Overall, the process was thorough and well-structured, with clear communication and relevant questions.

It was challenging but we made it work in the end. Everyone was sp friendly and accommodating. I understood how to go about it with the interview process. So i'm just going with that as well and not saying it was the right decision for you or me but it is the best way.
