Amazon Graduate Area Manager interview questions

4x 45 min interviews with staff from different departments focusing mainly on competency based question surrounding the companies core values before in person interview short video interview following a similar style of questions. at the interview was a short problem solving test anyone who has done a degree that requires problem solving would not struggle if they didn't get stressed and panic.

I have applied online, later was invited for a phone interview. Had few STAR questions, one math task. Few days later I was invited to take a numerical reasoning test which was rather difficult - I would suggest to practise a few free online tests prior the Amazon one. Finally got an email with the date of recruitment day. Firstly I had a tour around FC, later another math test (very easy, just read the question carefully, you will need to calculate some percentages, and then divide workers for different departments like pick, pack stow etc.) After the test you stay in one room by yourself, and 4 different managers / hr comes in to ask at least two STAR questions each. Make sure you are well prepared with the Amazon Leadership Principles (I wrote 1/2 examples for each of them) - this will help you to answer questions smoothly. Remember to keep it in the STAR format! Good luck :)
