I was an internal hire employed for nearly 2 years at the site before being promoted into a permanent L3 role (HR). Entire process took about 3 weeks in total. 3 L5s conducting the interview in person. Each asked 2 questions. Must answer in the STAR format (situation, task, action, result) for all answers. 1 interview consisting of 5 questions beginning mostly with, “tell me about a time..”
