Amazon HR Business Partner interview questions

The process was lean and well organized. I've been asked to do some tests prior to the call, then they told me that I would have had a feedback within 1 week and they did it.

Amazon follows the S.T.A.R. method which is Situation, Task, Action and Result(s). All questions are based around Amazon's 14 leadership principles and you'll generally be given their leadership principle for that specific interviewer for that question. The questions range from things like customer obsession to earning trust. The interviews are anywhere from 3-5 hours depending on how many interviewers. The interviews are 45 minutes in length each, Amazon will attempt to schedule all interviews on the same day. Turnaround time is speedy!
