Interview process is rigorous but the STAR method will be the key to success. Interviewers are much more likely to recommend you for hire if they can identify each piece of this method. Still the most important thing is to explain what YOU did so say "I" a lot. No one cares what your team accomplished together, only what YOU accomplished.
