I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon in Jan 2012
Interview
5 phone interviews later and I am still interviewing. Last interview was last week and now waiting to hear next steps. My experience has been nothing but professional. It has gone on so long due to them switching the job they wanted me to interview for as well as the holidays. Each person has called when they said and the recruiters have been professional and had good follow up. The questions have been challenging and very performance specific. For example, what would you do given this situation or this one. The project was difficult and really showed your thought process. I am impressed with the people and my experience interviewing.
