The interview process was straight forward I had a 1 hour phone interview then was brought on-site for 5 in-person interviews total that were 45 minutes each. I had a 30 minute break in between one of the interviews.

They ask you questions about Amazon's principles, focus on customer obsession and ownership. Make sure you use the STAR method since that is the way they write everything out in their notes.

I interviewed through a staffing agency and accepted a contractor position as a recruiting coordinator. After about 9 months, I interviewed for a full time position at Amazon and met with 4-5 interviewers. Each interview was about 30- 45 minutes.
